Cycle Rush support

A golden-hour arcade bike racing game for iOS and Android. Korean name: 병맛 자전거 레이서 (formerly Tavelyx Cycle Rush).

Common questions

The app will not install.

Check your OS version and free storage, then install again from the App Store or Google Play. If the problem continues, tell us your device model and iOS or Android version.

Steering direction or sensitivity feels wrong.

Change the steering sensitivity to Low, Normal, or High in the settings. After the race starts, hold the device flat and check whether the tilt direction feels reversed. You can also switch to on-screen left and right controls.

I see frame drops or the device gets hot.

Close other apps, let the device cool down, and try again. Send us the track, play time, device model, OS version, and the steps to reproduce it. This helps us reproduce performance problems.

Where are my records and settings saved?

If you use platform cloud features, game progress syncs and can be restored through Apple iCloud/CloudKit on iOS and Google Play Games Saved Games on Android. Manage saved data in your platform account and cloud settings, or email us.

Cycle Rush shows no ads and has no separate account. The Apple App Store or Google Play processes in-app purchases.
