Records and data
Where are my records saved?
Grooming progress, creations, visit records, and settings are saved only on the device you use. There is no account or cloud sync, so they do not move to another device automatically.
Can I restore my records after deleting the app?
After you delete the app or reset the device, Collinworks cannot restore your records. You can delete all records from the app settings after a parent check.
Do I need an internet connection or device permissions?
The basic play content is included in the app, so you can play without an internet connection. The app does not use the camera, photo library, microphone, location, or contacts.
Are there ads, logins, or in-app purchases?
There are no ads, no login, and no chat between users. You can earn every in-game coin by grooming. If you want, you can top up coins with an in-app purchase (App Store on iPhone and iPad, Google Play billing on Android). Apple or Google, the store you bought from, handles payments and refunds.
When you report a problem
Please do not send passwords, payment information, or other people's personal information.
