Fluffy Salon privacy policy

This is an English translation of the Korean privacy policy. If the two versions differ, the Korean version applies.

1. Personal information the app collects

Fluffy Salon does not collect personal information such as your name, contact details, or location. It does not send your play records or creations to Collinworks or to any third-party server. From version 1.0.1, the app sends only the error diagnostic information described in section 4 to a Collinworks server.

• There is no sign-up or login.
• The app does not use ads, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs.
• The app does not ask for access to the camera, photo library, microphone, location, or contacts.
• There are no messages between users, no post sharing, and no distribution of user-generated content.

2. Information stored on your device

Grooming progress, settings, visit records, creations, and optional result images made on the app screen are kept only in the app's local storage. A result image is not a photo taken with your camera. The app makes it from its own 3D play screen.

This information does not sync to other devices automatically. Collinworks cannot view, restore, or remotely delete it.

3. In-app purchases (coins)

You can top up in-game coins with an in-app purchase in the salon shop. On iPhone and iPad, Apple processes the payment through the App Store. On Android, Google processes it through Google Play billing. Collinworks and the app do not receive or store payment information such as your name, card number, or Apple or Google account.

To grant coins only once, the app stores the purchase identifier (order number) from Apple or Google, the product type, and the number of coins granted in the coin record on your device only. This record is not sent to any server. You can also earn every coin by playing. Refunds follow the procedure of the store you bought from (Apple or Google).

4. Error diagnostic information

From version 1.0.1, when the app installed from the App Store or Google Play crashes or hits an error, it sends the following information to an error collection server run directly by Collinworks (errors.collinworks.dev), so that we can find and fix the cause.

• The error, where it happened in the code, and the app version
• Device information needed to reproduce the error, such as the device type and operating system version

The app does not send your name, email, account, location, play records, creations, or purchase history. The server keeps only the IP address received in transit with its last part removed. If the app crashed, the report can include a random install identifier that groups errors from the same device. This value cannot identify you. We do not link this information to you, use it for ads or tracking, or give it to third parties. Error diagnostic information is deleted automatically 30 days after it is received.

5. Deletion and retention

• You can delete local records with the delete-all-records option in the app settings.
• When you delete the app, iOS or Android removes the app's local storage with it.
• After you delete the app, reset the device, or clear storage, records cannot be restored.

6. Third-party components and platforms

The app includes open-source libraries needed to display screens and run the app. We did not set up ads, analytics, or tracking through these components. For error diagnostics we use the open-source Sentry SDK, but it sends the information in section 4 only to the Collinworks server, not to Sentry. You can find open-source notices on the app's settings screen.

Information that Apple processes for App Store downloads and iOS operation is covered by Apple's privacy policy. Information that Google processes for Google Play downloads and Android operation is covered by Google's privacy policy.

7. Information you give when you contact us

If you email our support address, your email address and message may be processed to reply to you. The app does not collect this information automatically. When the purpose is complete, we delete the information without delay unless a law requires us to keep it. You can ask to view, correct, delete, or stop processing your information at the email address below.

8. Access information for this web page

This privacy policy page has no ads. Cloudflare, which provides delivery, security, and performance measurement for this site, and the web server may process the access time, IP address, and request, device, and performance information. This is not data collected by the app. For details, see the Collinworks website privacy policy (Korean).

10. Changes to this policy
