MittPaws privacy policy
Ads and the information kept on your device.
This is an English translation of the Korean privacy policy. If the two versions differ, the Korean version applies.
1. Personal information Collinworks collects
Collinworks does not collect personal information through MittPaws, and does not send your training records to Collinworks servers.
- There is no sign-up or login.
- Nothing is sold in the app. There are no in-app purchases.
- The app does not ask for access to the camera, photo library, microphone, location, or contacts.
- There are no messages between users, no post sharing, and no distribution of user-generated content.
2. Information stored on your device
Your catch count and best records, the selected animal, the animals and modes you unlocked by watching ads, sound, vibration, and language settings, and the number of ads shown are kept only in the app's own storage on your device (iPhone or Android). They do not sync to other devices. Collinworks cannot view, restore, or remotely delete them.
3. Ads and Google AdMob
MittPaws is a free app and shows ads from Google AdMob. To serve ads and measure their performance, Google may process device and app information, the advertising ID on Android, approximate location, and ad interaction records. This processing is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
- Interstitial ads: shown only when you leave the result screen after a run ends. They are not shown during training or after your first run, and they have a minimum gap and a daily limit.
- Rewarded ads: you choose to watch one to unlock a locked animal or mode. If you watch it to the end, that item stays unlocked on this device.
4. Tracking and consent
The iOS app does not track you. It does not show a tracking permission request, does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and requests only non-personalized ads.
Android has no tracking permission request. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in Settings > Privacy (or Google) > Ads on your device. If you delete it, it is not used for personalized ads.
In regions where consent is required, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google's consent screen appears first, and the choices you make there apply.
5. Deletion and retention
- You can clear your records in the app settings. Items you unlocked by watching ads stay unlocked when you clear records.
- When you delete the app, the operating system (iOS or Android) removes the app's local storage with it, and items unlocked with ads become locked again.
- After you delete the app, reset the device, or clear storage, records cannot be restored.
6. Children
This app is not directed primarily at children.
