Records and unlocks
Where are my records saved?
Your catch count, best records, selected animal, and settings are saved only on the device you use. There is no account or cloud sync, so they do not move to another device automatically.
How do I unlock a locked animal or mode?
On the unlock screen, watch a rewarded ad to the end. That item then stays unlocked on this device. If you close the ad early, it does not unlock. Nothing is sold in the app.
I reinstalled the app and things are locked again.
Unlocked items are saved only in the app storage on this device, so they lock again if you delete the app or change devices. Watch the ad once more to unlock them again. Clearing records in the settings does not lock them.
When do ads appear?
An interstitial ad appears only when you leave the result screen after a run. Ads do not appear during training or after your first run, and there is a minimum gap and a daily limit.
Does the app ask for tracking permission?
The iOS app does not track you and does not ask for tracking permission. It requests only non-personalized ads. Android has no tracking prompt; you can reset or delete the advertising ID in the ads menu of your device settings.
When you report a problem
Please do not send passwords, payment information, or other people's personal information.
